Refund Policy
R3MAPPER is a $99 USD lifetime digital license. This policy explains how activation, support, and refund requests are handled.
Digital License Sales
R3MAPPER licenses are digital goods delivered through your account after checkout. Purchases are final once the license is delivered, except where a refund is required by law or approved in writing.
Activation Help First
If activation fails, contact support from the email used at checkout. Include the account email, the license code preview if visible, and the error shown by R3MAPPER. Support can review checkout, license, and machine records.
Machine Moves
Moving the license to a replacement PC is included. Revoke the old machine from your account, then activate the new PC in R3MAPPER. A normal machine move is not treated as a refund reason by itself.
Duplicate Or Mistaken Purchases
If you believe you bought twice by mistake or used the wrong account, contact support quickly before opening a dispute. Duplicate active licenses can be reviewed against Stripe checkout records.
Chargebacks And Abuse
Payment disputes, chargebacks, license sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass activation may result in license suspension while the account is reviewed.
