Account Data

The account system stores your email address, account role, sign-in session, one-time sign-in link records, and related timestamps. R3MAPPER does not use customer passwords.

Payment Data

Stripe processes payment details. R3MAPPER stores Stripe identifiers such as checkout session id, customer id, and product or price metadata so the site can deliver the license after payment. R3MAPPER does not store card numbers or bank details.

License And Machine Data

The desktop app sends your license code, a machine label, app version, and a machine fingerprint during activation and validation. The server stores a hash of the machine fingerprint so it can enforce one active PC without showing the raw fingerprint in your account.

License Check Logs

Activation, validation, denial, and revoke events can be logged with the result, reason, license, machine, app version, and timestamp. These logs help show account activity and troubleshoot failed activations.

Downloads And File Verification

R3MAPPER is distributed through the Microsoft Store. If a separate downloadable installer is ever published, release hashes and security scans may be published for customer review.

Sharing

R3MAPPER shares payment processing data with Stripe as needed for checkout and billing records. Hosting, database, and email or support providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Account, license, machine, and checkout records are kept while needed to provide access, prevent abuse, handle support, meet legal obligations, or maintain business records.
